Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the NxtReply extension, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use NxtReply. One human, one account.

You agree not to use NxtReply to:

• Send spam, phishing messages, or harassment.
• Generate content that violates the law or another platform's terms.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service.
• Automate the extension to send replies en masse without human review.

NxtReply generates replies using third-party AI providers. The output may occasionally be wrong, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing every reply before sending it. We're not liable for the content you send, even if it was AI-suggested.

You own the prompts you create and the replies you choose to send. We don't claim ownership of any of it. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts so the service can function.

The free tier is provided as-is. Paid plans are launching soon — pricing and terms shown on the pricing page apply once billing goes live. You can cancel any paid plan from your dashboard. We'll honor the period you've already paid for.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

NxtReply is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months (which is zero on the free tier).

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app banner. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
