Summary, in plain English
NxtReply is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that helps you reply faster on websites you already use. We collect the smallest amount of data needed to provide the service. We never sell your data. We never read your messages outside of the moment you ask the AI to generate a reply.
What we collect
- Account info. Email address and password (hashed by Supabase Auth). Optionally, a name and phone number you choose to add in Settings.
- Prompt library. The prompts you create or edit, stored against your account so they show up in the extension.
- Usage metadata. When you generate a reply or fix grammar, we record the date, which prompt was used, which option you chose, and the host (e.g.
web.whatsapp.com) so analytics work. We do not store the message you replied to or the reply text.
What we do NOT collect
- The content of any message you read on a website.
- The contents of textboxes outside of the moment you click the NxtReply badge.
- Browsing history. NxtReply only activates when a textbox is focused.
- Sensitive data like financial info, government IDs, or health information.
Where data is processed
When you generate a reply, the surrounding text near your cursor and your chosen prompt are sent to a third-party AI provider for inference. When you run grammar fix, the text in your textbox is sent for the same purpose. Inference is processed in the United States and Asia-Pacific by our infrastructure partners. None of these providers retain inputs for model training under our usage agreements.
Cookies
We use a session cookie (sb-*) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@nxtreply.com. We'll permanently remove your data within 30 days. You can also export your prompts via the dashboard at any time.
